Shane Speakman is the founder of Southfork Technology Advisors and has spent over 20 years working in the communications and technology space. He's built his career helping businesses navigate complex decisions around telecom, CX and IT - cutting through noise, simplifying options, and focusing on what actually works in the real world. Shane takes a practical, straightforward approach to both business and leadership. He values clarity, efficiency, and long-term relationships over hype or unnecessary complexity. Outside of work, he spends much time as he can in the mountains, hunting, or on the water - something that's shaped his preference for keeping things simple, focused, and results-driven.

Carmen Whalen brings a background in client management, business operations, and organizational strategy to her role at Southfork Technology Advisors. She works closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to help keep projects moving efficiently while simplifying the day-to-day management of technology initiatives. With an MBA from Boise State University, Carmen has played a key role in supporting Southfork’s growth and internal operations, helping create more structure across client management, vendor coordination, and business processes. Known for her organization and responsiveness, she helps ensure both clients and partners have a smooth and dependable experience working with Southfork.
